Homemade ketchup 2

Ingredients (what you need)
2 kg ripe tomatoes
250 g onion
250 g apple
1 pinch ground cinnamon
150 g sugar
1 tsp ground sweet paprika
2 pcs bay leaves
5 berries whole allspice
150 ml water
150 ml 8% vinegar
1 tbsp salt
3 pcs cloves
10 berries whole black pepper
Recipe steps
In a pot, we put washed and halved tomatoes, peeled apples, and peeled and coarsely chopped onion. Then we add vinegar, sugar, and spices. We cook everything, stirring occasionally, until it thickens, about 1 hour. Then we blend the mixture with a hand blender, pass it through a fine sieve, and pour the ketchup into jars. We sterilize for 20 minutes.
