Ingredients (what you need)

2 eggs
120 g granulated sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla sugar
1 tablespoon gingerbread spice
120 g all-purpose flour
50 g cocoa powder
30 g ground or chopped almonds
50 g softened butter
1 baking powder
zest of 1 orange

Recipe steps

From the ingredients, we will create a dough that will be very sticky, and then we will place it in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours.

After removing it from the fridge, we will use a spoon to take pieces of dough and form them into small balls, which we will coat in sugar.

We will transfer these coated balls to a baking sheet with enough space in between, as they will spread significantly.

We bake in a preheated oven at 170 °C for 12 minutes.
