Chocolate Muffins

Ingredients (what you need)
1 pc egg
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1 package baking powder
2 pcs vanilla sugar
1/2 cup oil
2 cups semi-coarse flour
150 g chocolate
2 pcs vanilla sugar
1 cup semi-skimmed milk
fat or paper liners
flour or paper liners
1 package vanilla pudding (powder)
Recipe steps
We will buy all the ingredients and paper muffin liners (or muffin pans).
Preheat the oven to 180°C. Take out the muffin tray and line it with paper baking cups. Chop the chocolate into small pieces on a cutting board and set aside.
In a bowl, combine the flour, vanilla sugar, baking powder, salt, granulated sugar, and pudding powder. Crack an egg into the bowl. Add the milk and oil.
Fold in the chopped chocolate and mix everything by hand or with a mixer.
Using a ladle and a spoon, fill the paper cups (or the muffin pan) about halfway.
Place in the oven for 20 minutes. Enjoy your meal.
