Ingredients (what you need)

1 ripe avocado
2 eggs
2 pickles
pepper
salt

Recipe steps

We boil the eggs in hot water for ten minutes, then we quickly cool them and peel the rinsed eggs.

We remove the skin from the avocado, take out the pit, and mash it with a fork.

We grate the eggs and pickles on a coarse grater. We mix them with the avocado and add salt and pepper to taste.
