We peel the apples and grate them.
In a bowl, we pour in about half of the milk, add the eggs, and mix well. Then we stir in the flour with salt and whisk until a thicker batter is formed. We then dilute it with the remaining milk to prevent lumps from forming. Finally, we add the apples and gently mix.
In a non-stick pan, we lightly coat it with oil using a silicone brush, let it heat up, and then gradually fry the pancakes on both sides. Before each scoop of batter, it is necessary to mix it again.
We can fill them with jam, but they are best when rolled up and sprinkled with warm cinnamon sugar.
