2 large red peppers
1/2 red onion
2 tablespoons olive oil

2-3 sun-dried tomatoes in oil

Recipe steps
Cut the peppers in half, remove the seeds, and place them along with one half of the red onion in a baking dish. Drizzle with oil and bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 30 minutes, until they soften.
Then let them cool down a bit.
Put the peppers and onion into a blender, add all the remaining ingredients, and blend into a smooth mixture.
Transfer the finished pâté into small bowls and let it cool.
