500 g of boiled potatoes in their skins
200 g of ham salami
2 green onions
150 g of pickled red bell peppers
1/4 l of mayonnaise
salt
ground pepper
parsley

Recipe steps

We wash the potatoes, slice them, and then cut them into thin strips.

We also slice the salami into thin slices.

We wash the leek and cut it into thin strips.

We clean the pepper and cut it into thin strips.

We mix everything thoroughly, add mayonnaise, season with salt and pepper, and then let it rest for a while. Before serving, we sprinkle the potato salad with chopped parsley.
