Ingredients (what you need)
Vegetables
0.5 cauliflower
3 broccoli florets
1 larger carrot
0.75 whole leek
0.5-1 red pointed pepper
0.5 kohlrabi
green parsley
1 pinch of thyme
vegetable bouillon (as needed)
Meat
2 cloves of garlic
1 tablespoon of vegetable seasoning
3/4 kg ground chicken
ground pepper
salt
1 teaspoon of grilling spice
1 tablespoon of soy sauce
water as needed
1 tablespoon of flour (heaped)
oil
butter
1 dl milk
4 eggs
1 teaspoon of herb seasoning
2 handfuls of grated Gouda cheese
Recipe steps
Chop all the vegetables into small pieces, separating the cauliflower and broccoli into small florets. Place all the ingredients into a deep pan with a little butter and oil. Sauté over low heat.
In the pan, sauté thyme and chopped garlic. Then add the meat and stir to break it into smaller pieces. After a while, add water and let it slowly evaporate. Next, add the mixture of water with flour, grilling spices, and soy sauce that we had whisked beforehand. Allow everything to simmer. Finally, chop the parsley and mix it into the mixture. Transfer all the ingredients to a greased baking dish.
Preheat the oven to 200 °C. Prepare a marinade from milk, eggs, herb seasoning, and grated Gouda cheese.
Place the casserole in the oven and reduce the temperature to 180 °C. After about 20 minutes, pour the dressing over it, evenly spread the cheese on the surface, and add pieces of butter. Bake until the surface is golden.
