Masala
    Traditional Indian drink.
Ingredients (what you need)
1 teaspoon  ground cinnamon  
1 l  water  
4 teaspoons  black tea  
1/2 pcs  chili pepper  
500 ml  milk  
10 pods  cardamom  
2 pinches  ground white pepper  
1 pinch  coriander  
1 teaspoon  ground ginger  
to taste  sugar
Recipe steps
It's best to crush the cardamom in a mortar. In a liter of cold water, bring all the spices to a boil. Boil for about 10 minutes; the drink will be quite strong then.
Add the tea, and after about 3 minutes, add sugar. After a few more minutes, add milk and boil again.
After a while of boiling, remove from heat, strain, and it's ready to drink.
As a substitute for all the spices, you can buy a tea called Chai Masala in some tea shop.
We can drink it hot or cold.
