Ginger tea

This tea is excellent for colds or if you want to detox your body.
Ingredients (what you need)
1 pc fresh ginger
1 l water
to taste honey
lemon juice
Recipe steps
Cut about a 5 cm long piece from the ginger root, peel it, and grate it on a coarse grater.
Bring the grated ginger and water to a boil and simmer for about 15 minutes. Then strain it.
We can sweeten the finished ginger tea with honey and lemon juice. We drink it warm.
