Irish coffee pudding
More than half of the milk is heated together with sugar and salt. In the second part of the cold milk, we dissolve the corn starch. The hot milk is then mixed with this milk.
Ingredients (what you need)
500 ml of milk
2 tablespoons of cornstarch
4 tablespoons of brown sugar
a pinch of salt
1 tablespoon of instant coffee (about 2.5 g)
4 tablespoons of Irish whiskey

Recipe steps
Heat more than half of the milk together with the sugar and salt.
Add the corn starch to the remaining cold milk and mix well.
Pour the milk with starch into the hot milk and continue stirring until it starts to boil.
When the pudding begins to thicken, stir it and cook for about 2 minutes.
Then remove from heat and let it sit for 1 minute. After that, add coffee and whiskey to the hot mixture and mix thoroughly.
Divide the pudding into glasses, let it cool, and then refrigerate.
Before serving, decorate with whipped cream sweetened with powdered sugar and sprinkle with grated chocolate.
