Recipe for quick oriental dressing.

Ingredients (what you need)

2 tablespoons vinegar
1/2 bunch parsley
1 teaspoon dark sesame oil
1/2 teaspoon Hungarian paprika
5 tablespoons olive oil
salt
ginger
1 teaspoon powdered sugar
1 piece lime

Recipe steps

We take a lime, wash it thoroughly in hot water, dry it, and finely grate the dry zest.

We then squeeze the grated zest into a bowl with vinegar, sugar, salt, and curry spice. We whisk it and gradually add olive oil and sesame oil. We wash parsley and pluck the leaves, which we chop finely, and we grate peeled ginger finely and add it to the dressing.

We let the dressing cool and then add it to salads, with fish, or poultry.
