Ingredients (what you need)
250 g of couscous
350 ml of milk
1 small piece of whole cinnamon
5 cloves
3 tablespoons of sugar
a pinch of salt
2 eggs
250 ml of heavy cream
small fruits (I used black raspberries)
Recipe steps
Add sugar, a pinch of salt, cloves, and cinnamon to the milk and bring to a boil.
Place couscous in a bowl and pour boiling milk over it. Then cover and let it sit for 10 minutes.
Briefly whisk the egg yolks with the cream and then mix them into the couscous.
Finally, gently fold in the beaten egg whites.
In a greased baking dish, place half of the couscous and evenly distribute the fruit on top. Cover with the other half of the couscous and bake at 170°C until golden.
Serve with sauce or yogurt.
