Ingredients (what you need)
24 nuts
15 g whole cinnamon
8 g cloves
4 g nutmeg (or nutmeg flower)
1 l vodka (cognac or plum brandy)
0.5 kg sugar
a little water
Recipe steps
We harvest the nuts no later than June 24th to prevent hard shells from forming.
We slice them thinly, add cinnamon, cloves, nutmeg, and alcohol, and then store them in a five-liter bottle under cellophane.
We tie the cellophane and place the jar in sunlight. Occasionally, we shake the bottle. After six weeks, we strain it.
We boil sugar with a small amount of water and remove the resulting foam.
Once cooled, we mix the sugar solution with the filtered nut extract.
The longer it rests, the more beneficial it becomes. It is great for stomach issues.
