Egg liqueur, which we all know well. I got this recipe from my friend.

Ingredients (what you need)

5 pcs egg yolk
1 can sweetened condensed milk
0.5 l rum
5 tablespoons powdered sugar
1 packet vanilla sugar

Recipe steps

Egg yolks with vanilla and powdered sugar are placed in a mixer and whipped for 15 minutes. After whipping, we add condensed milk and continue to whip. The longer we whip, the more delicious the egg liqueur becomes.

Finally, we gradually add rum and whip for another 7 minutes. The finished egg liqueur is chilled in the refrigerator and can be served.
