Ingredients (what you need)

infusion 1 l water
to taste 2 pcs lemon
1 pc ginger (about 3 cm)
2 - 3 tbsp sugar

Recipe steps

To get the most out of the ginger, we roughly grate it and pour boiling water over it. We let it steep and cool at the same time.

In the meantime, we take the lemon(s) and squeeze them into the ginger water. We add sugar, stir, and let it cool down.

In a tall glass, we put ice and strain the ginger lemonade over it. We garnish with a slice of lemon.
