Waffles from poured batter

Beat the egg whites with a pinch of salt until stiff peaks form. Then mix the egg yolks with powdered sugar, vanilla sugar, sour cream, and slightly cooled melted butter.
Ingredients (what you need)
2 eggs
1 pinch of salt for the egg whites
40 g powdered sugar
0.5 vanilla sugar
100 g sour cream
55 g butter
100 g all-purpose flour
0.45 teaspoon baking powder (3/4 teaspoon)
oil for greasing the waffle iron plates
Recipe steps
Whisk the egg whites with a pinch of salt until stiff peaks form.
In a bowl, mix the egg yolks, powdered sugar, vanilla sugar, sour cream, and melted but lukewarm butter. I used a hand mixer. Then gradually add and gently incorporate the sifted flour mixed with baking powder and the whipped egg whites, which we fold in carefully.
First, turn on the waffle maker and let it heat up to the desired temperature. Then, using a silicone brush, lightly coat the plates with oil. Pour a thin layer of batter over the entire surface and bake the waffles. Once done, transfer the waffles to a cooling rack.
