Raspberry syrup

Are you looking for a refreshing fruit-filled drink? How about raspberry syrup?
Ingredients (what you need)
1/2 l water
8 g citric acid
1.6 kg sugar - e.g. granulated sugar
1 kg nicely ripe raspberries
Recipe steps
We prepare bottles for the syrup and wash them thoroughly, including the caps.
In the garden, we gather ripe raspberries. We place them in a bowl and crush them with a fork or blend them.
We pour in regular water and stir.
We set it aside for half a day. Then we strain it (for example, through a cloth).
We put a pot on the stove, add sugar, and a little citric acid. We pour in the raspberry juice. We stir.
We gently heat it to (80°C) and stir. We pour the finished syrup into bottles and screw on the caps.
We store it in a cool place. When serving, we put syrup in a glass and pour in water, mineral water, or soda.
We add a stirrer, a straw, and a few ice cubes.
