4 leeks

4 eggs
about 3/4 cup of milk
2-3 tablespoons of all-purpose flour

a slice of cheese
2 tablespoons of chopped parsley

Recipe steps
We slice the leek into rings and sauté it in fat until it softens. Then we pour over everything lightly salted eggs that we mixed with milk and flour. Finally, we sprinkle with grated cheese and bake in the oven until it turns golden brown.
We divide the omelet into four parts and sprinkle it with herbs. Instead of leek, we can use sliced bell pepper cut into thin strips.
