Ingredients (what you need)

1 pc ripe banana
2 tablespoons quality yogurt
1 pc soft pear
raspberries
blueberries
400 ml chilled semi-skimmed milk
strawberries

Recipe steps

Wash the fruit thoroughly. Prepare a powerful blender and add blueberries, strawberries, and raspberries.

On a cutting board, chop a soft pear into small pieces. Do the same with a peeled banana.

Add to the blender.

Add two tablespoons of high-quality yogurt.

Pour in well-chilled milk.

Blend and serve in tall glasses, garnished with your favorite fruit.
