Peel the eggs and slice them into rounds. We set aside some rounds for decoration. Peel the onion, cut it into thin half-rings, and blanch it in boiling water.

Ingredients (what you need)

4 hard-boiled eggs
a handful of fresh or frozen peas
2 onions
2-3 spring onions
a few cherry tomatoes
chives
tartar sauce

Recipe steps

Cut the shelled eggs into slices and reserve a few for decoration. Peel the onion and slice it into thin half-rings, which we blanch in boiling water to remove their sharpness while keeping their flavor and crunch. Then let them cool down. Cut the spring onions into rings and halve the cherry tomatoes.

In a bowl, combine the eggs, onion, spring onion, add the peas, and mix everything well with tartar sauce.

Let it cool for about an hour and decorate it with tomatoes, chives, and the remaining egg slices. Serve with bread.
