Dandelion Syrup

Ingredients (what you need)
100 dandelion flowers
700 ml of water
1 kg of granulated sugar
0.5 teaspoon of citric acid
Recipe steps
We pour hot water, which we have boiled, over the flowers and leave them covered to steep until the next day.
We strain the liquid through a fine sieve or cloth and boil it with sugar until the syrup starts to thicken.
We add citric acid to the mixture and briefly boil it again.
We pour the hot syrup into jars, carefully wipe the edges, and seal them with a lid.
Then we turn the jar upside down and let it cool.
