Baileys liqueur

Try the recipe for the popular Baileys liqueur.
Ingredients (what you need)
500 ml rum
1 package almond pudding powder
2 cans sweetened condensed milk
500 ml milk
100 ml whipped cream
1 piece vanilla sugar
Recipe steps
Both unopened cans of sweetened condensed milk should be boiled in water for 2 hours. The cans must remain submerged in water the entire time. This will caramelize the sugar in the condensed milk. Let the cooked cans cool down in the cans.
From milk, vanilla sugar, and pudding powder, prepare the pudding, which should be allowed to cool while stirring constantly. Stirring is important, as otherwise a skin may form.
Mix the lukewarm pudding with the caramelized condensed milk, rum, and finally add whipped cream.
Let the finished liqueur rest for at least 12 hours. Baileys is served chilled with a cube of ice.
