Ingredients (what you need)

4 liters of water
4 lemons
125 tops of nettles (young leaves, about 2-3 tiers)
6 teaspoons of citric acid
3.5 kg of granulated sugar

Recipe steps

We bring water to a boil and add sliced and thoroughly washed lemons. Then we let the mixture cool down and stir in the nettles. We mix well and let it steep for 24 hours.

Next, we squeeze out the juice and strain it.

We add sugar and citric acid and stir until the sugar is completely dissolved. Then we pour the mixture into bottles and store it in a cool, dark place.
