Ingredients (what you need)
2 ripe avocados
6 teaspoons of lemon or lime juice
2 smaller tomatoes
3 red onions
1 spicy pepper
1 handful of coriander leaves
2 cloves of garlic
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1 pinch of ground pepper
Recipe steps
Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, and scoop out the flesh. Then mash it with a fork.
Scoop out the tomatoes, chop them into small pieces, and mix them with the avocado.
Peel the onion and chop it finely. Remove the seeds from the chili pepper and chop it finely as well. Peel the garlic cloves and press them.
Add the onion, chili pepper, pressed garlic, and coriander to the avocado. Season with salt and pepper, drizzle with lemon juice, and mix thoroughly.
Let it rest in the refrigerator or in a cool place and serve with toasted white bread or tortilla chips.
