Fruit baked tea

Do you love the scent of warm fruit and spices? Do you enjoy tea? You can indulge in all of that. Try baked tea from your favorite fruit.

Ingredients (what you need)

1200 g sugar - e.g. granulated
1.25 dl rum
1 tsp cinnamon - ground
5 pcs cloves
1 l favored fruit (apples, plums, bananas, strawberries, blueberries, etc.)
1 l red currants

Recipe steps

Properly rinse the fruit. Wash the smaller jars with lids.

Preheat the oven to 200°C. Take a baking sheet or another suitable oven-safe dish. Spread the favorite fruit in it. Cut large fruit into pieces.

Add spices and sweeten.

Stir and bake in the oven for half an hour. Check and stir occasionally. Finally, add fragrant rum.

Stir again and transfer to the prepared warm jars.

Put on the lids. Turn the jars upside down for about ten minutes.

Store in a cool place. Enjoy your meal.
