A simple warm drink that is especially suited for the Christmas table.

Ingredients (what you need)

500 ml white wine
4 pcs cloves
1 pcs star anise
1 pcs lemon
2 pcs whole cinnamon sticks
130 ml rum
140 g granulated sugar
1 pcs orange
500 ml water

Recipe steps

We squeeze the juice from the orange and lemon. We mix water with sugar, orange juice, and lemon juice, and bring it to a boil. Then we add the wine with rum and add the spices. We heat the punch again until it reaches the boiling point.

We pour the hot Christmas punch into pre-warmed glasses. We decorate each glass with a slice of orange and lemon.
