300 g mushrooms
2 eggs

butter or lard for the mushrooms
salt
pepper
a little crushed caraway seeds

Recipe steps
From the flour mixed with baking powder, eggs, oil, salt, and milk, we create a dough.
We chop the onion into small pieces and sauté it in fat.
We sauté the chopped mushrooms with the onion and stew them. Then we add salt, pepper, and caraway seeds, and mix well.
We pour the dough into a smaller baking tray or round mold that we have greased with fat.
On the bottom, we place the cooled mushrooms and pour the beaten eggs over them.
We cover with grated cheese and bake in the oven at 200°C until it acquires a golden color. The pizza tastes excellent both warm and cold.
