Ingredients (what you need)
400 ml water
a pinch of sugar
a pinch of salt
700 g all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons of dried yeast or 1/2 fresh yeast
Recipe steps
The risen dough is divided into pieces of 200 g, from which we create bases on the baking sheet. Personally, I prefer to spread it with spicy ketchup and add the cooled mixture of chicken strips with vegetables in the pan.
We bake in a convection oven at 250°C for approximately 10 minutes. For the first 5 minutes, we bake only the dough drizzled with oil, then we add the filling and bake for another 5 minutes. The edges should have a golden color.
The original recipe for this pizza contains 6 tablespoons of tomato sauce, 1 cup of peeled tomatoes, 1 tablespoon of olive oil, 1 large clove of garlic finely chopped, 1/4 teaspoon of chili peppers, 1/2 teaspoon of dried oregano, 1/4 teaspoon of sugar, 1/4 teaspoon of salt, and pepper to taste. All ingredients are mixed and cooked for about 10 minutes until the sauce thickens. Then it is allowed to cool and spread on the pre-baked dough. On top, add 1 cup of coarsely grated mozzarella and a quarter cup of ricotta, with the amount sufficient for three pizzas weighing 200 g each. Everyone can adjust it according to their preferences.
