Easy to make and lighter, because it contains not a bit of mayonnaise! Try Viennese potato salad, which is perfect with schnitzel or as...
Ingredients (what you need)
750 g potatoes
salt
ground pepper
fresh chives
2 onions
water
2 tablespoons oil
1 tablespoon mustard
Recipe steps
Boiled potatoes are allowed to cool and then sliced. We mix in chopped onion and chives.
We prepare the dressing by mixing water, oil, salt, pepper, and mustard, and then pour this mixture over the potatoes.
It is best to prepare it the day before so that the dish has time to marinate and the potatoes soak up the marinade well.
