Ingredients (what you need)
1 kg fine sea salt
200 g ramsons (wild garlic)
Recipe steps
We crush the wild garlic and mix it with salt.
We spread the salt on a baking tray and dry it in the oven at approximately 80 °C. We stir it regularly. We continue drying until the salt is completely dry.
We pour the salt into an airtight container.
