Recipe steps
Peeled potatoes are cut into cubes and boiled in salted water. Meanwhile, we sauté onion in butter, add sliced sausages, and fry until they soften and release their juices. We sprinkle paprika and all-purpose flour and mix well. We add the broth from the potatoes and stir thoroughly to avoid lumps. Finally, we mix in chopped pickles, eggs, and potatoes, and add cream. We simmer for another 5 minutes and taste for seasoning as necessary.
