100 g of apple

Recipe steps
First, soak the oats in 100 ml of water (ideally overnight).
Then mix in a pot with soy milk and bring to a boil.
Stir in the coarsely grated apples and raisins, and cook on low heat for about 5 minutes, stirring constantly. If you prefer crisper apples, add them just before the end of cooking.
Finally, add maple syrup, sprinkle with cinnamon to taste, and serve the porridge in a bowl topped with nuts.
