cabbage (cut into strips)
1 onion

grill seasoning

250 g of pork (cut into smaller cubes)

Recipe steps

We will marinate the pork in a mixture of grilling spices, cumin, crushed garlic, and salt for one hour.

Finally, we transfer everything from the bowl to the pan and braise. Once the meat is tender, we sprinkle it with one tablespoon of flour and stir. We let it roast for a while to create a crispy crust on the meat.

Then, we add finely chopped onion, cabbage, and season with salt. We pour in 200 ml of water, mix everything, and cover with a lid. We braise until the cabbage is tender.
