First, we cook the chicken breast in broth until it is tender. Then we remove it and shred it into thin strips using a fork. In a bowl, we beat the egg white into foam with a fork.

1 chicken breast
2 egg whites
2 tablespoons milk
1 can of canned corn
1 small carrot
1/4 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
2 tablespoons starch + 3 tablespoons water (starch paste)
1 tablespoon light soy sauce
1 teaspoon vinegar
1 liter strong chicken broth
2 spring onions
salt
(For color, you can add a tiny pinch of turmeric)
Recipe steps
